Shipping Notice
Due to COVID19 UPS shipping changes, you must verify the ship to address will be open and accepting packages when you input your order. ACTFL will not be responsible for any returned or rejected packages or address changes. If you place an order and need an address change, please contact [email protected] immediately. Recipients will be liable for any UPS shipping fees incurred for an address correction or package reroute. Returned packages may be re-shipped but the recipient will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.

ACTFL is unable to ship orders with physical materials to PO Boxes, you must have a street address as your shipping address. You can add or edit your preferred shipping address in your profile.

The ACTFL fulfillment center processes orders Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm ET. Any orders received outside those times will be processed the following business day. Orders are NOT processed and filled after-hours or over weekends or holidays.
