Recipients will be liable for any UPS shipping fees incurred for an address correction or package reroute. Returned packages may be re-shipped but the recipient will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.

ACTFL is unable to ship orders with physical materials to PO Boxes, you must have a street address as your shipping address. You can add or edit your preferred shipping address in your profile.

The ACTFL fulfillment center processes orders Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm ET. Any orders received outside those times will be processed the following business day.

How does Performance point toward Proficiency? Instruction is always looking ahead to the targeted proficiency level, while supporting and developing learners’ performance through a controlled context. Presenters will provide an overview to the proficiency levels of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Superior and will explore the implied instructional emphases that will help language learners move from one level to the next.
