Due to COVID19 UPS shipping changes, you must verify the ship to address will be open and accepting packages when you input your order. ACTFL will not be responsible for any returned or rejected packages or address changes. If you place an order and need an address change, please contact headquarters@actfl.org immediately. Recipients will be liable for any UPS shipping fees incurred for an address correction or package reroute. Returned packages may be re-shipped but the recipient will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.

ACTFL is unable to ship orders with physical materials to PO Boxes, you must have a street address as your shipping address. You can add or edit your preferred shipping address in your profile.

The ACTFL fulfillment center processes orders Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm ET. Any orders received outside those times will be processed the following business day.
Orders are NOT processed and filled after-hours or over weekends or holidays.

How does Performance point toward Proficiency? Instruction is always looking ahead to the targeted proficiency level, while supporting and developing learners’ performance through a controlled context. Presenters will provide an overview to the proficiency levels of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Superior and will explore the implied instructional emphases that will help language learners move from one level to the next.

  • Arnold Bleciher, ACTFL OPI trainer and national consultant specializing in Spanish, World Language Methodology, and Second Language Acquisition.
  • Stephanie Dhonau, Associate Professor of Second Languages and the coordinator of the Master of Arts in Second Languages Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR).
  • Fernando Rubio, Associate Professor of Spanish Linguistics and Co-Director of the Second Language Teaching and Research Center at the University of Utah.
