ACTFL Online Store Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for returns for print publications. Shipping fees are not refundable and all items must be in resalable condition. Bookstores may only return up to 50% of original order. Customers will need to include a copy of their invoice and a letter of explanation. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
All eBook sales are final and nonrefundable. All eBook fulfillment is through our partner, VitalSource. Please refer to our eBook FAQs for additional information on redeeming and accessing eBooks.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt for an exchange. No other exchanges will be allowed. Pictures of the damaged items and box/envelope are required.
